I was asked recently by a business coach to write an essay on why I feel I self-sabotage and other negative habits that sometimes keep me from being the best version of myself. You know… when we play small. I dig deep on these things… I encourage you to do the same because unless we become aware of why we do things, we are powerless to change them. I’m not saying we get past these things sometimes, but awareness helps us grow and I am here to grow! I am glad I have coaches that guide me to dig deep!
