I was asked recently by a business coach to write an essay on why I feel I self-sabotage and other negative habits that sometimes keep me from being the best version of myself. You know… when we play small. I dig deep on these things… I encourage you to do the same because unless we become aware of why we do things, we are powerless to change them.
